Purchases are recorded to your wallet address and shown in your dashboard. Tokens are delivered when trading begins. Until then your balance is a record of what we owe you, not an asset you can move or sell.

Listing is an intention, not a guarantee. There is no assurance that a listing happens on any particular date, at any particular price, or at all.

Vesting is administered by us. There is presently no on-chain vesting contract enforcing the schedule, which means the schedule rests on our commitment rather than on code.

Smart contracts can contain defects. Independent audit reports for our contracts are not published yet; when they are, they will be linked from this site. Treasury and payment addresses are ordinary wallets today — migration to multi-signature custody with a time-lock is planned and not yet live.

Always check a payment address in a block explorer before sending. Fake addresses that look almost identical to ours have been circulated.

Rules for crypto-assets differ between countries and change over time. Buying may be restricted where you live, and any tax consequences are yours to determine. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice, and we are not licensed to provide it.

The blockchain is the source of truth. Where a figure on this site disagrees with the chain, the chain is right — tell us at [email protected] and we will correct the display.
