This page explains exactly what personal data we collect, why we hold it, and how you can have it removed. It describes what the site actually does today — not what it might do later.
Who we are

What we collect
Your wallet address. When you connect a wallet we read its public address to show your purchases and balance. We never ask for, and cannot access, your private keys or seed phrase.
Identity details you submit yourself. If you complete the verification form, we store the name, e-mail address and country you enter, together with your wallet address and the time of submission. We do not ask for documents or photographs.
Your purchase record. Wallet address, amount paid, tokens credited, network, transaction hash, and — if you arrived through a referral link — the address of the person who referred you.
Anonymous usage statistics. In production the site uses Vercel Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
We do not collect payment card details, and we never see them: purchases are paid directly from your wallet on the blockchain.
Why we hold it
To credit the tokens you bought and to show them to you; to answer your support requests; to meet record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to a token sale; and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
Who else can see it
Our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) processes the data needed to serve the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
One thing you should understand about the blockchain: your wallet address, the amount you paid and the transaction hash are recorded on a public blockchain by design. Anyone can read them, they were public the moment you paid, and neither we nor anyone else can erase them. The personal details you give us — name, e-mail, country — are not published on-chain.
How long we keep it
Identity details and purchase records are kept for as long as we owe you tokens, and afterwards for as long as record-keeping rules require. Anonymous usage statistics are retained by the analytics provider on its own schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you gave us, or from a wallet you control.
We will remove your identity details on request. We cannot remove your purchase record while we still owe you tokens — deleting it would delete the proof of what you are owed — and we cannot remove anything from the blockchain, because no one can.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be announced in our official channels.
